We want you to love your Chillscape gear. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

✅ Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Proof of purchase is required.

🔁 How to Start a Return:

Please email us at chillscapegear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

💰 Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
