At Chillscape, we aim to get your gear to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Some promotions may include free shipping.
